Claim procedure

In the event of a breakdown or breakdown of your vehicle, you must first obtain an authorization from KM + before proceeding with repairs. Please complete the form below and submit it.

No repair should be made before obtaining the confirmation number authorizing the repair.

 

KM + reserves the right at any time to have the registered vehicle inspected, within 15 days of receipt of any claim arising from the extended warranty, any refusal to comply with this requirement will automatically reject the claim. In addition, a complaint can be refused if the terms and conditions of the contract have not been respected.

 

 

Renewal procedure

Transfer procedure

In order to renew your extended warranty please fill out the form below and submit it. A KM + agent will contact you to complete the renewal process.

 

The warranty must be renewed before its expiration. Your warranty expires depending on the term or the mileage allocated, whichever comes first.

 

The warranty maintenance schedule must be followed, and you must have all proof of maintenance in your possession.

 

KM + reserves the right not to renew if the terms and conditions of the previous contract have not been respected.

You have sold your vehicle and you wish to transfer the extended warranty, please complete the form below and send it by email to info@kmplus.ca in order to prioritize your request.

The transfer request must be made within 30 days of the date of sale of the vehicle.
A KM + agent will contact you to complete the transfer process.

 

You must give the new owner the original extended warranty contract and all proof of vehicle maintenance.

 

KM + reserves the right not to make the transfer if the terms and conditions of the contract have not been respected.
